What data we collect
When you join or contact us, we collect your first name, surname, email, telephone number if provided, professional category, represented organisation and the content of your request. When you pay a fee or make a donation, we process the amount, date, payment reference and transaction identifier.
We do not see or store complete card details, which are managed by the payment provider. We do not request health information: please do not enter it in free-text fields.
Why we use your data
- To manage applications, fees, donations and service communications necessary for your relationship with the Foundation.
- To respond to requests submitted through the website.
- To comply with accounting, tax and legal obligations.
- To send newsletters, invitations and initiatives only with optional, withdrawable consent.
Who may receive your data
Data may be processed by IT and payment providers, accounting advisers and parties to whom disclosure is required by law. Zoho provides the information system; Stripe manages payments and may also process certain data for fraud prevention and its own legal obligations.
Authorised administrators access the CRM only in accordance with the Foundation’s instructions. Data is not transferred to Longevity4ever S.r.l. for its own purposes. We do not sell personal data.
How long we retain your data
Data is retained for as long as necessary for the stated purposes and legal obligations. Accounting and tax documents are retained for the statutory period. Requests that do not lead to a relationship are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Evidence of consent is retained to demonstrate lawful processing.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection where provided for by the GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.
Write to italia@italianlongevity.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
If you do not provide data
Data necessary for joining, donating or answering a request is essential to manage that relationship. Consent to Foundation communications is optional; refusing it does not prevent you from joining or donating.
